Kale smoothie with orange confit, beetroot and pineapple

  • Pineapple 200 g
  • Oranges 500 g
  • Kale 100 g
  • Beetroot 60 g
  • Mango 100 g
  • Water 200 ml
  • White sugar 200 g

Method

Kale smoothie with orange, beetroot and pineapple

  • Peel all the ingredients and cut into cubes.
  • Boil the water with the sugar and set aside.
  • Add the kale, bring it to a boil and leave to rest.
  • Put the rest of the ingredients into a blender and mix together with a little ice to make a refreshing drink.

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender with the kale previously boiled in the syrup and mix together with ice.

Serving

  1. Serve with a straw and a kale leaf as decoration.
