Vegetable stir fry



Ingredients (2 people)

Vegetable stir fry

  • Olive oil 100ml
  • Choi sun 200g
  • Broccoli 200g
  • Courgette 100g
  • Cauliflower 200g
  • Carrots 100g
  • Soya sauce 10ml
  • Sweet potato 100g
  • Kale 100g
  • Chard 100g

Stir fry sauce

  • Olive oil 10ml
  • Coconut oil 10ml
  • Teriyaki sauce 80ml
  • Salsa 20g

Preparation time: 16 min.

Method

Stir fry

  • Heat the wok over a medium heat.
  • Cut all the ingredients into strips and set aside.
  • Add the ingredients in the order in the recipe and stir fry continuously for 3 minutes.
  • Add the soya sauce and salt.
  • Turn off the heat and set aside.

Wok sauce

  • Put all the ingredients into a container and set aside.
  • Add to the wok once all the vegetables have been cooked.

What you'll need

  1. Brush
  2. Sharp knife
  3. Slotted spoon
  4. Peeler
  5. Chopping board
  6. Blender
  7. Wok

Preparation

  1. Once all the vegetables have been stir-fried, place them on a metal ring to add volume to the plate.

Serving

  1. Add a swirl of teriyaki to the side of the plate
  2. Place the broccoli florets and kale on top.
