Little gems stuffed with salmon tartare and avocados with yoghurt dressing

Little gem salad

  • Green little gem 200g
  • Red little gem 100g
  • Salmon 100g
  • Avocado 100g
  • Primaflor yoghurt dressing 1

Method

Little gem salad

  • Wash the little gems in cold water.
  • Finely slice the tuna.
  • Slice the avocados and set aside, with a little lime or lemon juice on top.
  • Finely chop some avocado and salmon to fill the little gems.

Preparation

  1. Mix the avocado tartar and the salmon with the yoghurt dressing and place on the little gems.
  2. Finely slice some more little gem leaves for decoration.

Serving

  1. Place the little gems stuffed with salmon and avocado into the middle of the plate.
  2. Pour over the Primaflor yoghurt dressing.
  3. Decorate with red and green little gem leaves.
