Kale smoothie with pineapple and Goji berries



Ingredients (2 people)

Preparation

  • Chopped kale 200 gr
  • Pineapple 200 gr
  • Banana 1
  • Almond milk 200 ml

Toppings

  • Coconut flakes to taste
  • Goji berries to taste
  • Grated coconut to taste

Method

  • Cook the kale until tender, leave to cool and chop.
  • Blend the chopped kale, pineapple and banana with the almond milk.
